Each user may register only one account on Analyse Master. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:Choose a strong and unique password and keep it confidential;Notify Analyse Master immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account;Ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared devices.Analyse Master shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
6. Match Analyses, Predictions & Data Interpretation
6.1 Nature of Analyses — Editorial Opinion Only
All match analyses, statistical breakdowns, predictions, probability assessments, and related content published on Analyse Master represent the personal editorial opinion of our analysts at the time of publication. This content is produced for informational and entertainment purposes only.Nothing published on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, gambling advice, or any form of professional recommendation. Our analyses are comparable in nature to sports journalism and commentary — they reflect an informed viewpoint, not a professional advisory service.
6.2 Data Sources and Analytical Limitations

8. Live Scores
Our live scores feature provides real-time updates on football matches sourced from third-party data providers. While we strive for accuracy and timeliness, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of live score data. Technical delays or data feed interruptions may occur and are outside our control.
9. Community Talk Groups
Users may join talk groups to discuss matches, analyses, and other football-related topics. All community guidelines outlined in Section 5.2 apply fully to these groups.Analyse Master reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content that violates these Terms and Conditions, and to suspend or permanently ban users who repeatedly violate community standards.
10. Intellectual Property
All content provided on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, data visualizations, and software, is the property of Analyse Master or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Analyse Master, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;Any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;Damages arising from your reliance on content, analyses, or predictions published on the platform;Service interruptions, data inaccuracies, or technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.Where liability cannot be fully excluded by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed EUR 1,000 (one thousand euros), regardless of the nature or basis of the claim. This cap does not apply to damages resulting from our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. This cap applies to the fullest extent permitted by mandatory law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Analyse Master, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with:Your access to or use of the platform;Your violation of these Terms and Conditions;Your violation of any rights of a third party;Any content you submit or share on the platform.

15. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:Violation of these Terms and Conditions;Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct;Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. 16. Force Majeure
Analyse Master shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:Server outages, infrastructure failures, or internet disruptions;Failures or interruptions in third-party data feeds or services;Cyberattacks, hacking, or distributed denial-of-service attacks;Natural disasters, pandemics, or acts of government;Strikes, labour disputes, or other industrial action.In the event of a force majeure occurrence, we will make reasonable efforts to restore the platform as quickly as practicable and will notify users where appropriate.
17. Waiver
No failure or delay by Analyse Master in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms and Conditions shall operate as a waiver of that right, power, or remedy. A waiver of any breach of these terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.Any waiver by Analyse Master must be given expressly and in writing to be effective.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Analyse Master with respect to your use of the platform.These Terms and Conditions supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the user’s country of residence.Users who are consumers retain the right to rely on any mandatory protective provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence, to the extent that such provisions offer greater protection than Dutch law.
